If I had a pound for every time I have heard that no dinosaurs fossils were ever discovered in africa ,I would be a wealthy man.So I have decided to list the top ten most important discoveries in Africa so far.T-rex has captured the imagination for quite a while but has been recently been upstaged by the largest carnivorous dinosaur ever discovered.
Spinosaurus was the master of all it surveyed during the cretaceous period with two species of this meat eating behemoth inhabiting the swamps of North Africa.I shall be writing more extensively about this fascinating animal in the near future.
